Please be advised that CAP is obliged to follow current MD COVID19 guidelines. Renters of the pavilion must abide by the guidelines that are in place at the time of their event.
Need some extra space for your next party? CAP members can reserve the pavilion and grill for their exclusive use Reserve the space so you won't be competing with another large party and there will be plenty of parking for your guests. The beach, pier, and playground will be open for use by CAP members.
To reserve the Pavilion please contact Janice Roderick at 410-541-6417 or Rina Hicks at 410-570-2431. Once the two forms linked below (Pavilion Agreement and Waiver) are submitted and payment received, your reservation will be marked on the calendar.
Please note the inclement weather policy: There are no refunds for cancellations. You may cancel due to inclement weather by notifying Janice or Rina by email, text, or phone or the CAP board at prior to 11:00 AM of your paid, reserved date. You may then reschedule one time during the current calendar year for no extra charge.
